Carlo "carlito" berg

Carlito is a founding partner at BMB Company. He has been involved in over $700 million worth of real estate transactions ranging from financial structuring, acquisitions, and asset management. He is also the director of Berg Holdings, a real estate focused multigenerational family office. Carlito holds a BBA in Management and a BS in Economics from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. He is a graduate of the University of Washington's Commercial Real Estate Program and has also completed the SLEI program at Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Andre J. White

Andre is a founding partner at BMB Company. He has worked on over $1 billion worth of real estate projects consisting of for-profit, non-profit, and public entities. Andre possesses a multi-disciplinary background in real estate investment and development spanning more than 20 years. His experience includes joint-venture equity structuring, land/building acquisitions, as well as the development of market-rate residential buildings and affordable housing properties across urban, suburban, and rural markets. He holds a Master of Real Estate from Harvard University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from South Carolina State University.

Matt wiley

Matt is a founding partner at BMB Company. His ability to effectively lead BMB endeavors is rooted in a passion for community focused development, a deep commitment to affordable housing, and a strong multi-disciplinary approach to real estate. Matt's extensive experience managing complex real estate projects consists of over $2 billion worth of development spanning multiple commercial asset classes including hospitality, multi-family residential, mixed-use, student-housing and healthcare. Matt holds a BA from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill.

mandela F. kazi

Mandela is a founding partner at BMB Company. He has worked on over $500 million of real estate transactions in multiple states across the U.S. He has a multi-disciplinary background in real estate development, investment management, capital markets, and tax credit syndication. He has experience in joint-venture equity structuring, land/building acquisitions, and development of both market-rate residential and affordable housing properties. Mandela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience from Wesleyan University in Connecticut and a certificate from the Ross Real Estate Program at The University of Southern California.
